| I’m Brenda, a certified KAY (Kidding Around Yoga) kids yoga teacher with over thirteen years of experience as an elementary school educator. Throughout my teaching career, I’ve woven yoga and mindfulness into the classroom to boost engagement, build focus, and foster a deeper connection to learning. My specialty is literacy—the ability to make sense of and engage with the world around us. I’m passionate about guiding young learners as they discover the joy of yoga through movement, play, and imagination. Outside the classroom, I’m a proud wife to Tyler and mom to two energetic boys, Jonah and Ethan. I love spending time outdoors, cooking and baking wholesome meals, and enjoying quality time with family and friends. Whether we’re exploring new places or soaking in a sunset at our favorite beach spot, adventure is always around the corner.
