You do NOT need to be a certified yoga teacher to attend our Kids Yoga teacher trainings.
You will learn creative instruction in meditation, mindfulness, breathing practices, relaxation, poses, games & activities, and lots of stress management for kids. You’ll also learn entrepreneurial skills like how to run a Kids Yoga day camp, Kids Yoga birthday parties and so much more.
