I am a personal coach for children located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and I serve surrounding areas.

I work with children of all ages, but my specialization is with kids between the ages of 7 to 11.

My focus is on teaching them to control their mind and body by becoming aware of themselves and their behaviors. I use a combination of fitness exercises and art in my classes.
