I am a retired teacher after 21 years in the classroom. I found yoga when I was pregnant with my first of 2 sons, 16 years ago. When KAY found me I was teaching at a Montessori and I fell in love instantly. I live in Durango, Colorado with my two boys, partner, and sweet doggo! I love spending time on the lake, snowboarding, and traveling with my family.
