Yoga has been an integral part of my life for the past 7 years. Yoga keeps me grounded, focused and calm. My personal practice has helped me grow stronger physically and mentally on and off the mat.
My training with Kidding Around Yoga combined with my 20 year background as a NYC classroom teacher gives me the perfect opportunity to build positive social emotional learning skills.
