In this 30min class, children will learn yoga poses, breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques. Through story telling, games and creative activities, kids will develope strength, flexibility and balance, both in body and mind. Classes are designed to help children build confidence, focus and self awareness while also promoting relaxation and peacefulness.
