I began practicing yoga in 2009 and I was instantly taken with the body awareness and confidence that I gained with the asanas and found the pranayamic practices to be of aid when quitting smoking.
I knew very quickly that I wanted to share all that I was learning with whoever would listen to me!
I think that there are as many types of yoga as there are practitioners. My intention is to guide my students through a practice that they can apply to their lives.
I trained at the Plasha Yoga Studio, completing the 200hr Integrative Yoga Teacher Training in Summer 2013. I went on to complete their 300hr Integrative Advanced Training and Mindfulness Meditation training.
I’ve continued to grow my knowledge base with online trainings from Sadie Nardini and in-person workshops with Leslie Kaminoff.
I am now offering classes at multiple locations in the Greater Erie, PA-area, including private lessons in my students’ homes.
