Every Kidding Around Yoga class offers a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching and strengthening poses, all using fun-filled music, games, and imagination. KAY’s secret is our playfulness, keeping your child motivated, excited, and moving. This is not your typical Yoga class. A KAY class gets children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing, and storytelling ALL while practicing Yoga to original KAY music.
Kidding Around Yoga classes are a unique opportunity to give your child skills that will provide a sense of balance, calm, and power for years to come.

I began practicing yoga in 2009 and I was instantly taken with the body awareness and confidence that I gained with the asanas and found the pranayamic practices to be of aid when quitting smoking.
I knew very quickly that I wanted to share all that I was learning with whoever would listen to me!
I think that there are as many types of yoga as there are practitioners. My intention is to guide my students through a practice that they can apply to their lives.
I trained at the Plasha Yoga Studio, completing the 200hr Integrative Yoga Teacher Training in Summer 2013. I went on to complete their 300hr Integrative Advanced Training and Mindfulness Meditation training. I am registered with Yoga Alliance as an ERYT-200, RYT 500, and YACEP.
I’ve continued to grow my knowledge base with online trainings from Sadie Nardini, Gabrielle Bernstein, Danielle LaPorte and in-person workshops with Leslie Kaminoff.
I am now offering classes at multiple locations in the Greater Erie, PA-area, including on-site sessions for Scout groups, sports teams, and birthday parties!
