Come join Smiley Kylie after school Wednesdays this fall. These classes will bring all 8 limbs of Yoga to the classes, prioritizing on breath, movement and meditation. Kids learn through play, and that is why Kids Yoga is a fun way to teach your kids such valuable skills that can help them everyday.
** Kids will have a 15 minute snack break so please make sure to pack extra food on Wednesdays.
