Mandy Lawson E-RYT 500, KAY teacher, licensee, trainer and Training Coordinator is Canadian born, and now resides in Costa Rica. She is a passionate lover of life and has found that the richness and beauty of a balanced life ultimately always includes yoga on some level.

With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, Mandy has offered personal fitness and yoga classes to both individuals and in class settings. She is also the owner of Costa Yoga, a Yoga school located in Costa Rica at her Retreat Center Cabuya Lodge, where she offers 200 and 300 hour Teacher Trainings.

Mandy is a devoted mother, and finds joy in spending time with her family. Having the responsibility and privilege to influence young people has helped Mandy grow into a calm, adaptable and present person. She has found that even the smallest lessons learned in daily life can be applied to the big picture, and that everything happens for a reason. Mandy is endlessly grateful to Kidding Around Yoga for giving her the tools to share the amazing science of Yoga with children from all corners of the world.
