From the first song to the final guided meditation, you’ll be immersed in kid-friendly yoga activities, games, songs, and practices.

It is an experience, unlike any other, and one that fully prepares you to teach children and families in your community.

About Me

Hi my name is Kylie and I live in North Vancouver, BC, Canada.  I have been teaching in the studio for over 25 years for kids and adults of all ages.  In both dance and Yoga, I always pushed my students to be present in the best version of themselves and believe in what they can do.  Little did I know years ago I was setting myself up for a life in the studio sharing the practice of Yoga.

Becoming a trainer for Kidding Around Yoga has been one of the most beautiful paths I could have asked for.  I love sharing this wonderful program with educators who are passionate to see kids excel and bring yoga to their communities.  Kids learn through games, activities, songs and stories and with KAY we have you covered on all these fun tools to teach Kids Yoga.
