Jen began practicing yoga in 2003 (when her employer offered a lunch-time yoga class in the company conference room) and fell in love immediately. She continued to practice yoga everywhere she lived, including DC and New York City as well as abroad in the countries of Cyprus, Greece and Turkey. She received her 200 hour teacher training certification in 2017 from Princeton Center for Yoga and Health and her kids’ yoga teacher certification from Kidding Around Yoga in 2018. Jen has a six-year-old daughter and twin 3-year old sons and teaching kids’ yoga combines her love of working with kids and her love of yoga. Jen is also a marathon runner, a “body pump” instructor and a kundalini yoga practitioner.
|In my kids yoga classes, kids learn basic yoga postures, meditation, and breathing techniques through stories, music, dancing, art projects and more! This class promotes physical strength, flexibility, creativity, and confidence in a fun and energetic yet peaceful “yogic” atmosphere. Snack provided.|
