Family, yoga and philanthropy are just a few things that I am passionate about.
I have lived my entire life in the San Francisco Bay Area and spent most of my adult years working for Corporate America. In 2012, I turned in my corporate badge to care for my two children and teach kid’s yoga.
I became a certified kid’s yoga instructor in 2015 and have made it a goal to share the beauty of yoga and meditation with as many children as possible, particularly in a public school setting.
My passion for philanthropy has driven me to find ways to make kid’s yoga accessible to all and have often used my yoga skills to raise money for various non-profits and have even taught weekly sessions at the local women’s shelter.
My own personal yoga practice has been transformative and I am excited to share the gift of yoga with as many kids as possible, big or small.
