Yoga, Mindfulness, and Social-Emotional Learning for Littles!
On the mat: Our focus is to inspire a wellness mindset, through teaching healthy habits to last a lifetime. Our goal is to create an environment full of kindness, compassion and acceptance through developmentally appropriate practices – sprinkled with fun!
Off the mat: Increased physical health, focus, self-control along with the ability to find calm in body and mind.
Littles Practice was founded in an effort to teach children some of the tools necessary to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, self soothe and sleep well – creating a sense of wellbeing and calm within.
Sarah studied with Yoga Medics in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan where she earned her 200 hour teaching certificate. She is a registered member of the Yoga Alliance and certified in children’s yoga through Kidding Around Yoga.
