I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with children of all ages and abilities for 20 years. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that using interventions that include the use of music, movement, meditation, and mindfulness are powerful tools that have a great impact on addressing various issues in a fun, but effective manner. Yoga is a fun way to build self-esteem, teach stress management, follow directions, and helps kids to feel empowered. Yoga teaches children important tools that they can carry into adulthood.
