Hi, Welcome to Kidding Around Yoga with Miss Debbie! I have been practicing and learning about yoga for over a decade. My favorite is teaching children yoga, mindfulness and meditation. These are such valuable tools to help kids and adults alike, with daily stresses. Children especially have a lot to deal with these days with school, family dynamics, social media etc. Yoga, mindfulness and meditation are great ways to cope with a heavy load we all carry from time to time. I teach children and adults yoga at festivals, schools, day-cares, senior community centers and even gyms. I am grateful for the opportunity to share these gifts that have helped me to manage my stress, depression and even childbirth! I look forward to meeting you and your little ones.
