Meet The Hosts
Kelly has worked with children in many different environments over the past 23 years, however, one thing remained constant, her belief that the most important things she could bring a child were self-confidence, strength, and the power to create their own inner peace through self regulation. Therefore, she has become passionate about sharing yoga and mindfulness to help create homes and classrooms filled with emotionally regulated and confident children and adults.
Kristi received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Pacific Lutheran University. She worked in the fitness industry for over twenty years before continuing on to receive her 500 hr RYT, as well as her RCYT and RPYT certifications. She led children’s fitness programs and taught preschool for several years. After becoming certified through KAY, Kristi began offering yoga classes for children of all ages. She has a passion for sharing her love of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and helping children develop tools for self-regulation and confidence. Kristi is a KAY trainer as well as the Licensee Director and hopes to share her knowledge with parents, educators, and other yoga teachers.
