We’re sorry to see you go! If you don’t mind sharing with us your reasons for cancelling so we can continue to grow, learn, improve and spread the KAY love better we would really appreciate it.(Required)
By signing below, you acknowledge that:(Required)
  • If you choose to CANCEL your Licensee Status, your website, email and access to the Licensee Program as well as OKAY Plus will be removed.
  • Your KAY website will be deactivated and the name will become available to whomever requests it.
  • You are responsible to cancel your own automatic payments via PayPal/Stripe
  • You will email Licensee@kiddingaroundyoga.com when you are ready to reactivate your Licensee status.
  • You are responsible for renaming your Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc)
And don’t forget as stated in your Licensee agreement:Name(Required)
Post-Termination Obligations. If this Agreement expires or is otherwise terminated, Licensee and KAY, respectively, agree as follows:
  1. KAY will take down the website and email as soon as they receive this termination letter.
  2. Licensee will take down their KAY Facebook business page or change the name and remove the KAY Logo and the words Kidding Around Yoga in your new business name.
  3. Licensee will discontinue the use of any business name containing the words Kidding Around Yoga
