I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), a 95-hour Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT), a former International Flight attendant (Asiana Airlines), a former Certified preschool teacher (CA), a current General Education Instructional aide at Elementary school (KG, 4G), a mother of two awesome girls and a wife. Since my kids were born, I couldn’t stop working with little wonderful humans and their moms. I always felt so happy to witness and support their growth (myself too) emotionally, socially, and physically. With all the amazing tools I’ve learned from Kidding Around Yoga, I’ll help your kids to learn how to express their emotions and how to calm down themselves in a fun and peaceful way; games, mindful crafts and activities, songs etc. Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness through my KAY class will be the life-long tools for their peaceful life.
