Hello friends and family, my name is Jessenia, or Ms. Jessie in class. I am a mother of 4 grandmother of 4 that always had a high pressure, hospital career. I started in Respiratory therapy ICU, cancer research, risk management, professions. I was over the death, and sadness, I received my license to teach yoga 6/2022 and haven’t looked back. There is nothing more rewarding than having my 80 yo clients serenade me, or pre-teen students telling me they can see a yellow glow around my figure. I gave up two 6 figure careers for my passion. Kids get stressed out too, I want to teach them tools to help now, when they are young. I want my teens to love the skin they are in, and not fall into societal fads. Yoga, meditation, song and dance with little earth angles, there is nothing more rewarding than that.
