Here at KAY we absolutely adore music! Which is why we have chosen to share with you all that we have created over the years. Curious about where some of our music came from? Or how to incorporate it into your classes and make it engaging for your students? This workshop will have you moving, grooving and understanding how to use this best in your classes. We guarantee you will fall in love with our music even more than you already are!

During the course of this workshop, you will learn
-Fun/interesting anecdotes and the history of some of our most popular songs.
-Tips on how to utilize the music with different age groups and in various class settings.
-Tips on how to use our music in an accessible and inclusive way.
-How to do the choreography for each song (and practice it with a live trainer).
-BONUS! In addition to all of the above, you will receive 2 bonus videos of Momma KAY’s favorite songs, led by Momma KAY herself.

-Notetaking materials
-Yoga mat and space to practice the choreography
-Pompoms (optional)
-Scarf (optional)
