Workshop Overview:
Have you ever wondered what a mudra is? Or if we could teach them to children? During this workshop we will learn about mudras and how we can use them with toddlers and preschoolers. We’ll learn some basic hand gestures that are kid-friendly and how you can incorporate them into a Kids Yoga class.

During the course of this workshop you will:
– Learn what a mudra is.
– Learn and practice a few basic mudras with various functions.
-Be given tips on when in a class you can introduce or use mudras.
-Learn mudras that are accessible for toddlers and preschoolers.
-Learn how to make this practice accessible and inclusive for all of your students.
