I’m a 500hr certified Yoga instructor. This training is preparatory. It’s thorough. It gives you a vision of how you can spread the fun. This is organized in such a way that it gives you a base of support. It gives you an outline. And then there are so many choices of how you can use games and activities. It gives you the freedom and the empowerment to go be your own teacher. So we’re spreading the word. We’re getting the way of life of Yoga out there.
