Just finished my training with Sarah in Orlando this weekend. I can hardly contain myself. I almost just had my neighbors (who were outside when I pulled in), my husband and daughter (Liv is 16 going on 26 ;)) all doing a class before I even got into my house.

Sarah is such a motivator. I’d like to compliment her on the amazing job she did this weekend. She is a NATURAL! I haven’t laughed that many times in one weekend since college. I had NO IDEA what to expect coming into this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for finding Sarah and for creating KAY. I am looking forward to changing the lives of children, one child at a time, thru Yoga, play and secret gardens.
