I love the songs and the ideas! My students enjoy the music and seem to stand a little taller and prouder. I’m now thinking of having a yoga show for the parents as a culminating class activity!

I’ve been using this song at the beginning of my yoga classes with preschoolers after our “Peace Breath.” I created a seated sequence and every time the part “Peace Begins With Me” comes up in the song, I have them sing it and point to themselves. Thanks for creating this great tool to share the message of PEACE with!
